Cancellations

Order cancellation is a time-sensitive action and is not always possible once an order has been placed. Please reach out to our Customer Care team as soon as possible. If cancellation is not possible at time of contact, our Customer Care Team can help facilitate a return upon delivery (excluding final sale items).

Returns

We accept returns of unopened and unaltered products up to 30 days after the date of purchase.
Opened or used products, or any items marked as non-refundable/final sale are not within our return guidelines.

* Food items and Malas are non-returnable and non-refundable.

* For all products except our in-house brand "Vyasa Ayurveda": Please note that we are not the manufacturers of the products we sell. If you have a performance and/or warranty issue, or a general complaint with a product, please contact the manufacturer at the number on the packaging.

Skin Care

We understand that the fragrance of cosmetic products such as skin care and essential oils is very personal to each individual. All skincare is non-refundable once opened. Unopened and unused products may be returned at the customer's own cost.

Please: provide us with your order number as quoted in the subject line of your Order email, list the item(s) that you would like to return, and indicate the reason for the return. One of our friendly Customer Care team members will reach out to you as soon as possible with an acceptance of your return request, should your request meet the guidelines of our return policy as stated above.

Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs.

 

How Long Will It Take to Receive My Refund?

Refunds are issued to your credit card as soon as your return is received and processed. Credits may take one billing cycle to post to your account. We apologize for not being able to refund shipping costs.

 

Incorrect Shipping Address

The Ayurveda Shop is not responsible for verifying or updating shipping addresses entered at the time of order. If the address is incorrect or incomplete the shipping carrier may return it back to sender (The Ayurveda Shop). In such a case, if the products' condition(s) are intact a refund may be issued excluding any shipping fees for sending the package and any return fees that may be charged by the shipping carrier.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
